Store Cleaning & Organizing Schedule

Cleaning:

Vacuum Store/ Back Area: Whole Store, the fitting rooms, and the Back Room

Dust: Mirrors (Use the Glass Cleaner), tops and bottoms of clothing racks (using duster), Window Frames (using feather duster)

Vacuum Store/ Behind Desk: Whole Store, the fitting rooms, and behind the front desk

Dust Ceiling/ Dust Floor Edges: Using the feather duster, run it along the top of the store and bottom of the store around the ceiling and baseboards

Store Organization

Clothing Basic Organization Order:

 Sizing: XS=0, Small=2/4, Medium=6/8, Large=10/12, XL= 14 1x=16 2X=18/20 3X= 22/24

Color: White, Cream, Beige, Brown, Yellow, Orange, Pink, Red, Purple, Green, Blue, Gray, Black

Within the Colors: Sleeve length, Light to Dark Gradient, Patterns

New with Tags Order:

Tops: By Color Order and Jackets Behind the Tops

Everything Else: Shorts, Skirts, Pants, Dresses, Color Order within 

Tops: Color Order, Sleeve length, Light to Dark Gradient, Patterns

Jeans: Color Order, Solids First, Patterns and Prints after solid colors

Pants: Color Order, Solids First, Patterns and Prints after solid colors

Men’s Bottoms: Shorts First, then color order, Jeans/Pants then color order

Men’s Shirts: Color Order, Sleeve length, Light to Dark Gradient, Patterns

Active Wear: Bras, Tops, Shorts, Capris, Pants. Color Order within each size

Shoes: By Size and Within Color Order, sizes might not match with signs on shelves and that is okay

Children’s Clothes; Bras, Tops, Shorts, Skirts, Dresses, Jumpers/One Piece, 2 piece ensemble, 3 piece ensemble, pants/leggings/jeans, nightgowns, pajamas, bathing suits, bathing suit cover ups, coats and outerwear, snow pants

Clearance Section: Not by color order, just make sure everything is in the right size/area and everything is facing the correct direction

Everything should be in the correct size and facing the same direction
